Initially the wrong custom grip tape was sent to me (wrong pic) but the customer service informed me about the mistake even before I received it and sent out the correct one immediately, so it arrived only a couple of days later, still well on time for my kid's birthday. The customer service and communication was excellent! A+++++
The grip tape itself is of very good quality (as far as a noob like me can tell), applying went well and the print looks great. A+++++
