Initially the wrong custom grip tape was sent to me (wrong pic) but the customer service informed me about the mistake even before I received it and sent out the correct one immediately, so it arrived only a couple of days later, still well on time for my kid's birthday. Be careful with the colours, use CMYB format on your file of course, and USE PANTONE COLOR CODES if possible. I was not so happy about how natural tones came out. It was my mistake tho, not theirs. The texture is mat, slightly grainy. I think that's how the slip layer technology is. Don't know if plain texture is doable. Anyway, it doesn't impact much the final result, question of personal preference.

The staff was a great help in answering my question, and helping me with the customisation.

It came in Belgium in 5 working days.

I just had to reheat the grip that wasn't welled glued but the team assisted me directly with that.
